On the call, we ask the right questions: your customers, your competition, what's working, what isn't. We're building a picture of what your site needs to do, not just what it should look like.
After the call, we follow up with a custom mockup or a detailed written recommendation, whichever we determine fits best. Not a wireframe, not a template with your logo dropped in, real work built around your actual business.
You review the mockup. If you want to proceed, you pick your package, pay your deposit, and we send you a short project brief to fill in: 5–7 questions about your brand, content, and preferences.
Important: The delivery timeline starts from the moment we receive your deposit AND your completed brief. Not from when you first contacted us. Not from when payment was sent. When we have everything we need to start, that's day one.
We share a live staging link when the build is complete. You can open it on any device (phone, tablet, desktop) and see exactly how it looks and works.
Every package includes a structured revision round. That means you submit one consolidated list of changes, not a drip of individual requests over days. We handle every item on that list and deliver the updated version.
Revisions are about alignment: making sure what we built matches what you envisioned. They're not for changing the scope or adding new pages mid-project. If your needs change, we'll talk through what that means for timeline and cost before anything moves.
Once you approve the final version, you pay the remaining balance. We then transfer every file (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, all images) to your hosting, domain, or directly to you.
We remove our own access completely. We built under temporary credentials; on handover, those are gone. If you're on a Care Plan, you give us collaborator access only, never owner credentials.
You own it. Completely, permanently. No monthly fee to us, no platform account to maintain, no permission required if you want to move it, change it, or hand it to another developer.
Our job is to make this as easy as possible for you. We don't need you to understand web design; we need you to understand your business. Which you already do.
